Username: Your 7 digit student ID
Password: Your My.Swinburne portal password

Note: If you have not used My.Swinburne Portal before, your default password for both Ask George and My.Swinburne portal is your date of birth in the DDMMYY format.

If you experience any problems with Ask George, you should first visit the My.Swinburne Help and FAQ page, and if the issue is still unresolved you can send an email to portalsupport@swin.edu.au.

Staff Login:
Username: Novell Username (eg jsmith)
Password: My.Swinburne Password (Payroll Number by default - eg 202333)

Note:

• If your Novell Username does not work, please attempt to login using your staff number (OPAX ID - unique 6-7 digit number) with your payroll number as the password.
• If you do not know your Novell Username, full 7 digit OPAX number or your payroll number, please contact the Helpdesk on 9214 5000
